What is this?
SubFinder is a private, invitation-only text messaging service used by authorized school staff to contact pre-approved, opted-in substitute teachers regarding open classroom coverage. Messages are purely operational (non-marketing) and sent only to individuals who have agreed to receive these alerts.
How opt-in works
Schools invite potential substitute teachers to participate. Each participant provides consent during onboarding (e.g., form/email/SMS opt-in) acknowledging they will receive text messages about sub opportunities from our toll-free number.
Opt-out any time: Reply STOP to end messages. Reply HELP for help. Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by need.
Example messages
- “SubFinder: Room Blue, Tue 8/13, 4:00–6:00pm (2h). Reply YES to accept or NO to decline.”
- “SubFinder: Thanks! You’re confirmed for Room Blue 8/13 4:00–6:00pm.”
